As one of the UK’s leading pet superstore chains, Jollyes set out to create a concept store to test innovative ideas around store layout, product range, customer service, and communication. Jollyes enlisted Network London to creatively develop point-of-sale (POS) materials showcasing value price points and product ranges both in-store and on Jollyes’ website.

 

Network London worked closely with Jollyes’ in-house design manager and leadership team to create an initial series of POS designs that aligned with the brand’s vision for a more dynamic, consumer-friendly concept store. Using Jollyes’ brand guidelines and store concept plans as a foundation, Network London crafted materials that highlighted value and range while enhancing the shopping experience. Following rounds of consumer testing and leadership feedback, we refined the POS to a final concept, which was then launched in the new concept store.

 

The outcome was impactful: over a set period, Network London delivered a comprehensive suite of POS materials for in-store and online use, contributing to an improved customer journey. The concept store rollout led to an uplift in average basket value, increased bookings for customer services, and a stronger brand presence both in-store and on Jollyes’ online platform, helping set a new standard for customer engagement across Jollyes’ stores.
