We worked with Network on our first TV ad, London is Calling, and we were reassured from meeting the team at the very start that we were in safe hands. The team were always responsive, friendly and approachable, which made the whole process much easier. They also ‘got’ us very quickly, presenting an idea that was spot-on in terms of our values and ethos – even making one of our directors cry (good tears!) when they first presented it. From that point on, we valued every piece of advice and every steer from the team, and the end result was a TV ad that was really ‘us’, challenging outdated stereotypes about being a support worker, and is something we can all be proud of. We had a great response to the ad, with a huge increase in support workers applying for roles with us, and continue to use the creative to recruit and raise brand awareness. To add a final cherry to the cake it scooped Not for profit Campaign at the Independent Agency Awards this year!
