Overview:
As Fidelity International broadened its social presence across global markets, the demand for consistent, flexible content outpaced what their agency model could support. They needed a new approach to create
and activate always-on content without losing brand integrity.
The Challenge:
Fidelity’s social team needed a solution that could support year-round content without slowing down delivery. With growing demand across markets and platforms, the approach had to allow for quick adaptation by format, region and message while protecting brand consistency and creative control.
Our Approach:
We worked in close partnership with Fidelity to reshape how content was planned, created and deployed.
A dedicated social creative team was established to support their internal workflow and bring clarity to the process.
At the core of this was a structured playbook built around Fidelity’s key annual themes. It included
pre-approved visual styles, copy variations and motion assets that could be adapted quickly across channels and regions.
Alongside this, we introduced weekly design support and implemented automation tools that allowed content to be resized and repurposed in moments. The result was a system built for responsiveness, with creative assets that remained consistent, considered and ready to activate.
